If you wish to cancel your account, you must email us your request to billing@thebullpenba.com.

Only the account owner or billing contact/credit card holder may cancel an account. Cancellations are effective upon the date specified by the authorized contact.

Any pre-paid services that are not yet redeemed are eligible for a full refund.

Team accounts must provide 30 days advance notice for cancellations. It is your responsibility to make sure that we have received your request for cancellation. To ensure cancellation dates we recommend calling us after you send your email cancellation request.

Chico Bullpen recognizes that, from time to time, players may need to withdraw from a sport due to unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees are based on a variety of costs determined by the total number of teams and number of players registered on each team. Because many of these costs must be paid in advance, player withdrawals still result in a cost to Chico Bullpen.

As such, we have adopted the following policy for refunds to accommodate people whose plans have changed while maintaining the financial responsibilities associated with each sports season:
